Pale & Puny...

The sun has come out recently -- though it has not been accompanied by warmth. I took some pictures of the berries which are valiantly trying to grow in these winter-like conditions. They are looking pale, peaked, puny...

They need warmth, sunshine, less rain...

As do we all!

The forecast is for fairly dry weather, so we are hoping that by the end of the week this field will be full of raspberry root stock -- ready to grow as soon as the weather cooperates!

It's going to be a busy week!
